Returns
You can request a return after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm that we have received it. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number so we can process your return smoothly. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake is from Zarshal’s side.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We will then inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you request a refund through another payment method, it may also take up to 21 days to process.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the issue is related to size, color, style, or personal choice. If the mistake is from Zarshal’s side, we will cover the shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
